Capercaillie Cards will not give out any personal information to any third party unless legally required to do so.  Your personal address/telephone number will be removed from stationery prior to us using  your designs for marketing purposes.

Capercaillie Cards offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss your requirements.


A maximum of three samples will be made for the client and must be paid for in advance. Should the client proceed to place their stationery order with Capercaillie Cads, the cost of the samples will be deducted from the total cost of the stationery order.


Prices quoted for invitations include printed inserts and envelopes.  There is a small charge of 20p per item for printing Guest’s names on place cards.  This information must be emailed to Capercaillie Cards in a Word Document.  Clients should ensure that all spelllings of names is correct prior to emailing to Capercaillie Cards.  A plain RSVP card and envelope is included in the cost.  However, if the client requires any decoration on the RSVP card, this will incur an additional cost.


Prices quoted for Order of Service includes up to four pages.  If additional pages are required, there will be a charge of 40p for an additional four pages.


All our wedding stationery is completely handmade and therefore slight variations may occur.  This in no way affects the quality of the product but is simply a feature of handcrafted stationery.


Should there be any issues with the supply of raw materials, we will contact our client to advise and agree an alternative prior to production commencing.

It is the client’s responsibility to proof-read the samples.  Production will not commence until we are in receipt of a signed approval form.  Capercaillie Cards will not be liable for errors not notified at this stage.  Once production has commenced, any amendments required will be charged accordingly.


The client will be liable for all costs which exceed the 50% deposit in the event of cancellation.  In the unlikely event of cancellation by Capercaillie Cards, any monies received will be refunded in full.


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing an order.  The balance is due no later than two weeks before delivery.


Capercaillie Cards accept payment by cash or  BACS (Sort Code 82-67-25  Account No. 10049734)

Orders can be collected or can be sent by courier which will require a signature.  Smaller packages will be sent via Royal Mail requiring a signature and costs will be charged as appropriate.  Capercaillie Cards will ensure that packages for posting will be packed sufficiently well to prevent damage.  However, Capercaillie Cards will not accept responsibility for any damage caused in transit.
